Emily Taber Public Library is a member of the New River Public Library Cooperative. The Library provides complimentary library cards to Baker County residents. The Library's hours are:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Tuesday and Thursday, 11:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday, 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
